Description:
1. Business Development
- Generate leads by meeting architects, consultants, and channel partners.
- Follow the set call cycle for architects and consultants and update all details in the MIS.
- Help plan and organise architect meets in the region (location finalisation, dealer coordination, follow-ups).
- Identify new markets and areas to expand the dealer network.
- Review dealer performance and support them with growth, training, and knowledge updates.
- Track enquiries from all channel partners and push for higher sales.
2. Sales & Marketing
- Meet sales targets in both numbers and value.
- Track and update all enquiries as per company guidelines.
- Suggest the right solution to customers based on building structure, heat load, budget, power use, and layout.
- Guide subordinates, monitor their work.
3. Sales Support & Inventory
- Coordinate and get discount approvals when needed.
- Ensure smooth completion of the full order cycle (order finalisation, payments, billing, customer coordination, forms, etc.)
- Share inputs with the SCM/HO team to maintain the right stock levels.
4. MIS
- Provide a three-month rolling sales forecast based on market understanding and ongoing projects.
- Collect and share market updates (competition, pricing, new products, offers, catalogues, etc.)
- Maintain dealer-wise enquiry records and keep them updated.
5. Training
- Give product training to dealers and their teams—technical, sales, policies, and new features.
- Support architects and interior designers with product details, system inputs, and key features.
Key Deliverables (KRA)
Sales Management
- Meet number and revenue targets.
- Improve contribution compared to last year.
- Maintain BR days within limits.
Enquiry & Order Conversion
- Number of new project enquiries generated.
- Number of enquiries converted to orders.
Channel Management
- Increase the number of active channel partners.
- Reactivate dormant partners and drive results.
- Cover architects, designers, and consultants as per call cycle and drive enquiry flow.
MIS
- Submit accurate and timely data.
Inventory Management
- Manage stock distribution well.
Forecast demand with at least 70% accuracy.
