Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. VRV Service Delivery
Sharpe technical skills, in terms of field trouble shooting.
Ensure timely & high-quality service delivery for WTY and AMC customers.
Monitor & improve field service operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with technical teams for escalations, complex issues & site visits.
Ensure compliance with service standards, safety norms & technical guidelines.
2. Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day service operations, resource planning & allocation.
Support the development of SSD infrastructure needed for efficient VRV service delivery.
Track service KPIs, turnaround times & operational efficiency metrics.
Maintain documentation, service reports, records & system updates as required.
3. Service Revenue & Business Support
Drive service revenue from AMC renewals, spare parts & paid service activities.
Identify opportunities for upselling service offerings & improving revenue streams.
Support branch-level service budgeting & revenue planning.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business.
4. Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with service engineers, technicians & third-party partners.
Ensure proper communication between branch teams, customers & HO (Head Office).
Facilitate training & skill enhancement for service staff when required.
