We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of Solar EPC projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and efficient project management.
📌 Key Responsibilities
☀️ Lead execution of Solar EPC projects from planning to commissioning
📅 Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards
🤝 Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
🛠️ Oversee site execution, installation, testing, and commissioning activities
✔️ Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations
🔍 Resolve technical and execution-related challenges
📊 Prepare project MIS, reports, and management updates
👷 Manage contractors and monitor site progress effectively
🎯 What We’re Looking For
🧠 15+ years experience in Solar EPC project execution
☀️ Expertise in ground-mount and rooftop solar projects
⚡ Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, substations & transmission
📐 Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project & planning tools
👥 Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
✍️ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
