🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for an execution-focused professional to lead platform operations, automation, and continuous improvement across PIM/DAM and B2B commerce systems.
This role will focus on reducing manual work, improving operational efficiency, and driving automation-first processes across business platforms.
📌 Key Responsibilities
⚙️ Manage day-to-day operations of PIM/DAM & B2B Commerce platforms
🔄 Identify manual workflows and implement automation solutions
📊 Improve product data quality, structure, taxonomy, and validation controls
🛠️ Convert business requirements into workflows, SOPs, rules, and user stories
🤝 Coordinate with vendors and external partners for execution and delivery
🧪 Handle QA testing, UAT validation, and release management
📈 Track platform health, reporting, operational KPIs, and automation impact
🤖 Use AI tools to improve workflows, documentation, analysis, and execution speed
🔍 Troubleshoot system and integration issues with long-term solutions
🎯 What We’re Looking For
🧠 6–9 years experience in platform operations, automation, or business systems
💻 Experience with PIM/DAM, ERP, commerce, or operational platforms
📊 Strong understanding of data structures, workflows, and integrations
⚡ Hands-on experience in process automation and workflow optimization
🛠️ Experience in SOP creation, QA testing, and operational documentation
🤖 Strong AI fluency or demonstrated AI-driven operational improvements
✍️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
➕ Bonus Skills
Experience with Stibo STEP / NuOrder
Knowledge of Power Automate, Airtable, Zapier, Make
Basic scripting (Python / SQL)
Dashboard creation & KPI reporting
Retail / fashion / consumer goods industry exposure
