🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end AMC operations, client servicing, renewals, and service delivery for key HVAC accounts.
📌 Key Responsibilities
📑 Manage complete AMC lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
🛠️ Ensure timely preventive & breakdown maintenance as per SLA
🤝 Act as primary point of contact for AMC clients
👨🔧 Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and OEMs
💰 Control service costs and monitor spares usage
📈 Drive AMC renewals and collection follow-ups
📊 Maintain MIS reports, renewal pipeline, MTTR, MTBF, and service dashboards
✔️ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
🎯 What We’re Looking For
🧠 6+ years experience in AMC / HVAC service operations
❄️ Strong understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance operations
📊 Good MIS, reporting, and coordination skills
🤝 Strong client management and communication skills
