🔍 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Finance Head to lead plant finance operations for a sugar unit. The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, controls, and team leadership.
📌 Key Responsibilities
📊 Manage end-to-end finance operations at unit level
📑 Oversee balance sheet, P&L, and financial reporting
💼 Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
📉 Ensure strong cost control and profitability analysis
🏦 Handle cash flow, working capital, and fund management
✔️ Ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness
👥 Lead and manage the finance team (HOD level)
🔍 Drive process improvements and financial controls
🎯 What We’re Looking For
🎓 CA / MBA Finance / Equivalent
🧠 15+ years experience in finance roles (Manufacturing/Sugar preferred)
👔 Minimum 3 years as HOD / Finance Head
📊 Strong expertise in Balance Sheet & Financial Analysis
💻 Advanced Excel & SAP (Mandatory)
