🔍 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Legal Officer with strong experience in civil law practice, especially in District Courts of Uttar Pradesh. The role involves handling legal matters, compliance, and providing legal support to business units.
📌 Key Responsibilities
📄 Review, draft, and negotiate contracts
🏛️ Represent the organization in High Court (Lucknow) and other legal proceedings
📂 Manage and update legal cases and records
✔️ Ensure legal and statutory compliance across units
📜 Monitor and manage licenses and approvals
💡 Provide legal advice and recommendations to management
⚖️ Conduct and supervise domestic enquiries
🎯 What We’re Looking For
⚖️ 5+ years experience in legal practice (District Courts – UP preferred)
📘 Strong background in civil law (Mandatory)
➕ Knowledge of labour law & criminal law (Preferred)
🎓 Law degree from a reputed university
💻 Basic computer and legal documentation skills
