🔍 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Category Manager to drive end-to-end marketing (4Ps) for a business category, working closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
📌 Key Responsibilities
📊 Manage end-to-end category marketing (4Ps – Product, Price, Place, Promotion)
📅 Execute category marketing calendar aligned with business goals
🚀 Handle new product launches & GTM strategy
📣 Plan and execute marketing campaigns & seasonal initiatives
🌍 Drive regional and HO-led marketing initiatives
💰 Manage category budgets and track spends
🤝 Collaborate with sales teams & channel partners
🧾 Handle agency coordination, POs, and payment processes
🎯 Align category actions with overall brand objectives
🎯 What We’re Looking For
🎓 MBA in Marketing
🧠 2–5 years experience in category management / marketing / sales + marketing roles
📈 Strong understanding of business, channel & distribution
📢 Experience in:
GTM strategy & product launches
Integrated marketing campaigns
Digital & eCommerce marketing
Consumer journey & brand communication
🛠️ Key Skills
Strong stakeholder management
Good analytical & execution skills
Creative thinking & communication ability
