Role Summary
Seeking an HR professional with strong exposure across core HR functions to manage end-to-end HR operations in a plant environment. The role requires hands-on experience in payroll, compliance, and overall HR management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll and time office operations
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
- Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, and HR analytics
- Ensure HR and factory statutory compliance
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate reporting and support leadership requirements
Preferred Exposure
- Basic understanding of Learning & Development (L&D)
- Familiarity with labor laws and legal matters
Skills Required
- Strong communication and written skills
- Team player with a collaborative approach
