Job Title: Senior Executive – Data Analytics

CTC: ₹9.5 – 10 LPA
Experience: 5–8 Years
Role Overview
The Senior Executive – Data Analytics will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, building dashboards, and providing insights to support business decisions. The role requires strong Excel expertise and the ability to work closely with business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with business teams to understand data requirements and - support strategic initiatives
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of data
- Perform market, customer, and operational analysis
- Support development of predictive models and data-driven insights
- Monitor and track KPIs and share regular performance updates
- Advanced Excel Responsibilities
- Use advanced Excel tools such as Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA, and Macros
- Build dynamic dashboards and financial/data models
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation
- Automate recurring reports and processes
- Use advanced formulas like VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFs, array formulas
- Integrate Excel with tools like SQL and Power BI for better analysis
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in Advanced MS Excel (Mandatory)
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
- Knowledge of SQL / Power BI (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
