Description: The Senior Manager – Finance will be responsible for managing corporate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. The role involves overseeing financial statements, coordinating audits, and ensuring strong internal controls while supporting process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate monthly and annual financial statements as per Ind AS.
- Review financial schedules of plants, regions, and head office, and drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors for group reporting and audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with ICFR and internal control frameworks, including regular SOP updates.
- Drive finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Apply strong knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS standards in reporting and analysis.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience: 5–7 years in corporate accounting and audit
Skills & Attributes
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting and accounting standards
- Proficiency in SAP and Advanced MS Excel
- Good communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
