Job Title: Senior Manager – Finance

Role Overview
The Senior Manager – Finance will handle corporate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards. The role involves managing financial statements, coordinating audits, and strengthening internal controls while supporting process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate monthly and annual financial statements as per Ind AS.
- Review financial schedules of plants, regional units, and head office, and drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors for group reporting and audits.
- Ensure compliance with ICFR and regularly update SOPs and internal controls.
- Drive finance process transformation and improvement initiatives.
- Apply knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS standards in reporting and analysis.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience: 5–7 years in corporate accounting and audit
Skills & Attributes
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting and accounting standards
- Proficiency in SAP and Advanced MS Excel
- Good communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
