Reporting To: Manager – Quality
Role Summary
The Executive – QA/QC will support implementation and monitoring of quality management systems across infrastructure projects. The role focuses on quality compliance, documentation management, audits, and improvement initiatives to ensure project quality standards are maintained.
Key Deliverables
- Implement and monitor project QA/QC processes and reporting.
- Track NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and observations and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate IMS / ISO certification activities, site audits, and management reviews.
- Develop and update ISO documentation, manuals, SOPs, and project quality documents.
- Prepare and maintain QAP, FQP, ITP, and inspection checklists.
- Support implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) across projects.
- Support innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in TBEM assessment and implementation activities.
- Ensure compliance with IMS, SHE, TBEM standards and internal procedures.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes in infrastructure or project-based companies
-Working knowledge of IMS / ISO standards
-Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management
-Good coordination and reporting skills
Essential Attributes
-Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil)
-2–6 years experience in QA/QC role
-IMS / ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification preferred
-Team-oriented approach
