Reporting To: Chief Digital Officer

Role Summary
Seeking a Cybersecurity Lead to strengthen enterprise security across on-premise and cloud environments. This is an individual contributor role focused on threat prevention, vulnerability management, and ensuring robust security frameworks across all digital systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage endpoint detection & prevention (EDR) solutions
- Implement vulnerability management across IT assets
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity threats
- Define and enforce access controls, policies, and security frameworks
- Conduct audits, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions
- Maintain and upgrade security systems and controls
- Prepare reports and communicate security posture to stakeholders
Experience & Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity (Manufacturing/Process/IT preferred)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive initiatives independently
