Position: T&E Specialist (Off-Role)
Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: Hybrid – 5 days (2 days WFO, 3 days WFH)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Role Summary
Manage travel and expense activities including reimbursements, validations, and reporting, while coordinating with employees and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process travel and expense claims and reimbursements
- Verify bills, receipts, and policy compliance
- Maintain accurate T&E records and reports
- Coordinate with employees for claim clarifications
- Use Excel for tracking and reporting
- Handle email communication through Outlook
Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in travel & expense or reimbursement roles
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Outlook (mandatory)
- Good attention to detail and coordination skills
Education
- MBA preferred
