Position: Business Analyst & Sales Coordinator – International Business (Techno-Commercial)
CTC: 20 LPA
Location: Gurugram (Frequent international travel – Middle East, APAC & Africa)
Reporting To: Head – International Sales / Business
Role Purpose
Support international sales leadership by driving sales performance through data analysis, execution tracking, and market validation. The role offers a clear transition into front-end international sales within 6–12 months based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
-Track sales targets, achievements, run-rates, and gaps across markets
- Analyze pricing, SKU performance, pipeline, and territory coverage
- Convert insights into clear action plans and track execution
- Prepare dashboards, MIS, forecasts, and review presentations
- Coordinate with sales teams and distributors for plan execution
- Travel to international markets for distributor reviews and joint sales calls
- Translate product and technical inputs into commercial insights
- Flag recurring technical or service issues affecting sales
- Improve sales data accuracy and CRM discipline
Career Progression
- Build strong understanding of markets, products, and distributors
- Take responsibility for select accounts or territories
- Move into a front-end international sales role within 6–12 months

Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering degree preferred; MBA/PGDM preferred

- Prior front-end sales exposure mandatory
- Experience in distributor-led or B2B sales preferred
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; CRM exposure is a plus
