Reporting To: Senior Manager
Role Overview
The role focuses on driving AMC business growth, managing collections, and leading a small team to achieve branch targets. This position involves significant field activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AMC business growth through customer retention and conversion.
- Ensure timely payment collection to control branch outstanding.
- Track AMC offers and engage channel partners.
- Lead and guide a team of 4–5 executives to meet branch targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery, RMS, and call management.
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in managing AMC operations and field-based teams.
- Ability to lead and motivate an experienced team.
- Local Hyderabad candidate preferred due to field work requirements.
